Tucson Mornings: Aquarelle

An on site, plein air watercolor class designed to record, experience and celebrate the beauty of Tucson mornings as the weather begins to warm. Visit a new and different outdoor location in the greater Tucson area every Saturday morning to create postcard size impressions of your own distinct sense of place. Use this opportunity to interact with other artists and capture a personal response to the unique surroundings of the magnificent Sonoran desert.
materials
Postcard size watercolor block, portable watercolor set and brushes are required.
Additional watercolor tools, such as sponges, masking fluid, paper towels etc. may also be included in the student's portable paint box, depending upon personal preference.
Students are also advised to bring blanket, chair or other items which might add to the comfort of painting en plein air.
Students may purchase a kit designed specifically for the class for an additional fee.
locations
Locations in and around the greater Tucson area will be chosen by the participating group from a list of possible selections.
NOTE: Students will be required to provide own transportation to and from each site in the Tucson area.

Enrollment is limited to 8 students.
Ages 18 and over are welcome.
$25 per Saturday session (select the Saturdays which you would like to attend)

$135 for all six sessions.
